COLLEGE APPLICATION CHECKLIST

  1. Take the ACT. Sign up at ACT Website
  2. Complete online application for the college you wish to apply
  3. Complete the transcript request form to have your high school transcript sent
  4. Pay the application fee (if required)
  5. Send any other information requested by the school (immunization, letters of recommendation, personal statement...) 
  6. Review the NCAA Eligibility Requirements if looking to practice, compete and receive athletics aid at an NCAA school. Requirements vary by division.
